This is a newly built (2004) lovely one bedroom self contained cottage in a peaceful rural setting, on a small farm, with lovely rural views.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove and cooktop, toaster etc in the living area there is also a tv with Freeview.
There is also a washing machine for your laundry needs and a bath if you want a relaxing soak.
From here it is an easy 10 minute drive to the township of Motueka where there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants.
22 min drive to Mapua where there are great restaurants and craft shops.
40 min drive to Nelson.
One hour drive to the Nelson lakes.
It is close to both the Able Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks.
Close to Nelson vineyards and world famous trout fishing.
